Wellington Court is located in Davie county, minutes from I40. It is a small development off Beauchamp Road and is adjacent to the backside of Oak Valley subdivision. Currently, it is only 13 lots, with the potential of future expansion. All of the houses will be brick and home prices will begin in the low $400's, depending upon size and amenities. Future homeowners of Wellington may currently apply for membership at the Oak Valley Pool Club and/or Golf Club. However, there will be no HOA fees for Wellington homeowners!

There are 3 premier builders for Wellington: ARENA Builders, J. Reader Construction, and Veritas Construction...(aka Rich Achor, Jason Reader, and Michael Enscore.) The lots range from .69 acre to 1.62 acre in size, and there are some basement lots. Public water, natural gas, and septic are available. There are currently several spec houses available for purchase. There are also a few more lots for custom construction. Lot reservation forms are available upon request.
